Fast & Reliable: All domestic orders are sent via NZ Post courier.
Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over NZ$70 anywhere in New Zealand!
Simple Shipping Costs: For orders under NZ$70, shipping is calculated based on the total weight of your order. Just enter your shipping address at checkout to see the exact shipping cost before you pay.
Quick Dispatch: We aim to ship your order within three business days. If, for any reason, we can’t send your order within this timeframe, we’ll reach out and let you know the expected dispatch date.
No PO Boxes: Please provide a physical address for delivery, as we’re unable to ship to PO Boxes.
International Orders

Worldwide Delivery: All international orders are shipped from New Zealand using trusted international carriers.
Calculated Shipping: Shipping costs are based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location. Enter your shipping address at checkout to view the total shipping cost before you pay.
Contact Details Required: Please provide a valid email address and phone number when ordering. This helps the carrier reach you if your package is held at customs.
Prompt Shipping: We dispatch international orders within three business days. If there’s any delay, we’ll contact you with an updated dispatch date.

Economy Services: 6–13 working days
Customs & Delays: While we’ll do our best to get your order to you quickly, customs processing times can vary and are outside our control. We can’t guarantee delivery times for packages held by government authorities.
